I've never been to a gym. Can I start?
Yes. You start with a body evaluation, we give you a routine that fits you and the trainers show you how to use every machine.
How do I sign up?
Message us on WhatsApp at +506 8406 2442 and we'll walk you through it.
What areas does the gym have?
Cardio, pin-loaded machines, plate-loaded lever machines, free weights, a functional turf and boxing area, massage chairs to recover and a shake bar.
Can I see the gym before I go?
